Wind statistics of Penghu

If you plan to visit Penghu for kitesurfing vacation, we suggest you come in the winter (Oct-March).

The wind is almost guaranteed.  It usually blows from 25-35 knot in the winter months and sometimes 40+ knot.  You need a small kite, 5-7 square meter depending your weight.
